1. Acceptance

By using Worduel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Worduel is a competitive multiplayer word-guessing game. Players compete head-to-head using in-game virtual currency. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Virtual Currency

Worduel uses virtual in-game coins. These coins:

Have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for real money
May be earned through gameplay, ads, or purchased
May be adjusted, reset, or removed at our discretion

5. Fair Play

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
Harass or abuse other players
Attempt to manipulate matchmaking or rankings
Use multiple accounts to gain advantages

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements. By using the Service, you consent to receiving ads. You may watch optional rewarded video ads to earn in-game rewards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Worduel is owned by Aplay Studios. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aplay Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
