These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Royal Worduel (the "Game"), operated by A_play Studios ("we", "us"). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you are a minor, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to them on your behalf.
You can play as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Usernames must not be offensive or impersonate others; we may rename accounts that violate this. You may permanently delete your account at any time in the Game (Profile → Account → Delete Account).
You agree not to cheat, use automation or third-party tools, exploit bugs, abuse matchmaking, manipulate ratings, or interfere with the service or other players. We may adjust balances or ratings affected by exploits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise the security or fairness of the Game, or engage in fraudulent activity — including forfeiture of virtual coins, which have no monetary value. You may stop playing or delete your account at any time.
The Game is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. We are not liable for loss of virtual items resulting from service changes, outages, or discontinuation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The Game, including its code, design, and content, belongs to A_play Studios or its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game on your own device.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
